The Head of Finance – Operations will lead all financial management across manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics. Responsibilities include owning operational P&L lines, driving robust financial control and reporting, partnering with operational leaders, enhancing profitability and efficiency, supporting capital investment and expansion, and ensuring risk mitigation.

Leads all financial management across Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fulfilment and Logistics. Owns operational P&L lines and drives clarity on performance and variances. Accountable for accurate, timely and impactful operational reporting, cost centre reviews, and period end close for Ops. Partners deeply with Operations Leadership to translate performance into actionable insights. Manages key initiatives across labour optimisation, OEE uplift projects, production efficiency, procurement & materials usage, waste reduction, and utility ratio improvements. Provides financial evaluation of capex for new equipment, production lines, automation, storage, and fulfilment upgrades. Leads the Ops Finance change roadmap, including ERP improvements, automation opportunities, costing system enhancements and more accurate operational data capture. Identifies and mitigates operational risks (supply chain, production, labour, asset utilisation, capacity constraints).

Supervises full accounting in accordance with the Accounting Act, tax law, and US GAAP standards. Oversees tax settlements and prepares financial statements. Requires experience in a manufacturing company, knowledge of cost accounting, tax law, and US GAAP.

Leads the strategic and operational management of Business Stream Industrial Services.

Responsible for the smooth operation of warehouse systems (WMS/ERP), inventory accuracy, and supporting production. Leads daily performance meetings, implements improvement initiatives, and collaborates with planning, production, and supply chain teams. Maintains the WMS/ERP system, ensuring full traceability and continuous process improvement. Acts as the in-house expert on emerging technologies relevant to warehouse operations. Supports reporting on Manufacturing Yield and monitors quality and stock systems. Drives stock accuracy by owning relevant procedures and collaborating with Warehouse teams. Leads cross-functional system and process improvement projects. Audits and ensures completion of daily system transactions. Supports and challenges stakeholders to follow through on commitments.

Driver-warehouseman position requires readiness to work as a driver and warehouseman, organization, accuracy, and responsibility. Tasks include receiving and issuing goods, timely delivery, loading and unloading, and maintaining documentation. Student or graduate status is welcome.
