Leads sourcing activities from product concept to production ramp-up, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier capabilities align with business needs. Identifies, evaluates, and develops suppliers, negotiates pricing and contracts, and manages prototype deliveries.

Designs, configures, and implements Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. Develops interfaces between Apriso and external systems (ERP, PLM, WMS) using middleware and APIs. Enables real-time data collection from PLC/SCADA systems and IoT devices.

Provides administrative support including asset management, office operations, and expense management. Requires an Associate's degree or higher, strong communication skills, and proficiency in office software. Fluency in English is required, with preference given to candidates who speak Chinese or Polish.
