Due to the dynamic development of our company, we are looking for a person for the position SALESPERSON in Freight Forwarding , English .

Responsibilities

  • European Customers acquisitions for line EU-Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Central Asia.  KPI level achievement.
  • Establishing terms of cooperation and negotiating rates.
  • Creation your Clients portfoliofrom a green field.
  • Clients’ development: building trust with new Clients, reveal their logistic needs and increase their orders volumes.
  • Stimulation of operational colleagues to find the best logistic solution for your Client.
  • Being a single window for your Client within first transport order: you are a link between the Client and your operational colleagues from other offices-for first orders.  Reporting the Client the progress of transport.

Qualifications

  • Ambitious salesperson with at least one year experience in selling international transportation.
  • Perfect command in English (C1 level), extra languages e.g. German is a plus. Russian speaking is a big advantage.
  • Skills in building trustful relationships with clients and conducting negotiations.
  • Perfect communication and negotiating skills.
  • Desire to sell and in such way build your income.
  • Knowledge of the transportation by different mode of transport is a big benefit.
  • Good work organization and independence
  • Ability to communicate with distant teams and stress resistance.
