Below we have the pleasure of presenting you another job offer for the position of: furniture factory employee on the assembly line. About our client Our client, for whom we are carrying out the order as a subcontractor, is the largest furniture factory in Poland and one of the main suppliers for the largest global furniture market leader . It is a very modern workplace employing over 5,000 people. It carries out its production on production lines, which is unique on a national scale when it comes to the production of upholstered furniture. Note!!! Due to the work on the automatic line, the work can be performed even by an unskilled person, after just one day of training

Responsibilities

screwing metal elements to furniture frames (so-called frame fittings)
applying upholstery material to the previously prepared furniture frame,
proper pinning and stretching of the upholstery material and then securing it with an upholstery gun,
aesthetic finishing of upholstered furniture and its cleaning.
folding boxes,
packing ready-made upholstered furniture in pairs, covering with cardboard, wrapping and taping, protecting the furniture against damage,

Qualifications

manual skills,
agile and quick hands,
no contraindications to standing work,
good physical condition,
no contraindications to lifting weights,
knowledge of Polish will be an additional asset,
willingness to learn.

Offer

During the training period (2 months):

hourly salary: PLN 24.00/hour net

After the training period:

employees paid on a piece-rate basis according to the following rule: teamwork in 10-15 people on an assembly line, each person is responsible for a different activity. The team receives payment for a piece of furniture produced. The more pieces the team produces in an hour, the higher the hourly payment it will receive.
After 2 months of work, on average, each team achieves the assumed norm (100%), which translates into a salary of approximately PLN 25 net per hour.
a lot of working hours - Monday to Friday 12 hours a day.

Additional information:

2-shift work - from 6:00 to 18:00 and from 18:00 to 6:00, Monday to Friday (approximately 240 hours per month)
form of employment: contract of mandate,
accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (PLN 700 per month),
care for employees: care of a coordinator who speaks your language,
commuting to work: provided, free of charge - company bus
legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility of obtaining a residence card / work permit,
