Position: E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Białystok, Poland, hybrid work possible
Reporting to: E-Commerce Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Edit and upload compelling content on Ergobaby and Tula websites.
· Support email marketing efforts, including creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
· Implement SEO strategies across multiple languages to enhance website visibility.
· Coordinate translations for websites and emails to effectively reach diverse audiences.
· Provide comprehensive support to EU E-Commerce Managers, including assistance with product listings, affiliate program monitoring, website maintenance, and inventory management.
· Generate detailed reports to analyze website performance and promotional activities.
· Manage user-generated content and ensure its curation.
· Monitor websites for technical issues and inventory discrepancies.
· Develop and deploy engaging promotional email content.
· Provide timely and valuable email support to site and email managers.
· Assist in various aspects of large-scale web development initiatives, including content migration and bug testing.
Qualifications:
· Minimum one year of professional experience in e-commerce, website management, or related fields.
· Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
· Strong software and computer skills, with experience in web, email, or e-commerce software preferred.
· Beneficial Experience/Skills: Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, multilingual proficiency, Klaviyo/DotDigital experience, basic HTML, Google Analytics, SEO.
· Exceptional planning, coordination, and management skills.
· Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Willingness and ability to adapt and learn new systems and tools as required.
