The Head of Finance – Operations will lead all financial management across manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics. Responsibilities include owning operational P&L lines, driving robust financial control and reporting, partnering with operational leaders, enhancing profitability and efficiency, supporting capital investment and expansion, and ensuring risk mitigation.

Responsible for the smooth operation of warehouse systems (WMS/ERP), inventory accuracy, and supporting production. Leads daily performance meetings, implements improvement initiatives, and collaborates with planning, production, and supply chain teams. Maintains the WMS/ERP system, ensuring full traceability and continuous process improvement. Acts as the in-house expert on emerging technologies relevant to warehouse operations. Supports reporting on Manufacturing Yield and monitors quality and stock systems. Drives stock accuracy by owning relevant procedures and collaborating with Warehouse teams. Leads cross-functional system and process improvement projects. Audits and ensures completion of daily system transactions. Supports and challenges stakeholders to follow through on commitments.
