Mission of the Role As an Manufacturing Systems Analyst - LJS, you help make sure the LJS system works

Supports the rollout and operation of Lear's Finished Goods (LFG) systems. Deploys, upgrades, and troubleshoots LFG systems in manufacturing sites. Acts as a liaison between plant users and IT teams.

Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the LPBS Manufacturing Execution System across EMEA plants. Collaborates with IT, end users, and development teams to ensure successful deployments and stable system operation. Provides second-level support, assists with training, and maintains system documentation.
