Finance Manager will advise management on financial performance and manage site finances in accordance with US GAAP requirements. Manages a finance department of 3 colleagues and reports to the Regional Finance Director. Responsible for one Polish reporting entity. Prepares reports summarizing and forecasting company business activity and financial position. Evaluates complex profit plans, quote-to-actuals, operating records, and financial statements. Provides program management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress. Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance. Supports internal/external audits, aligns on corporate accounting policies and procedures, SOX compliance & internal controls.
